These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgriLibMM, including our website, Android app, iOS app, book catalog, reading features, account features, and any related services we provide.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a book, or otherwise using AgriLibMM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About AgriLibMM

AgriLibMM is a digital agriculture book platform. We offer curated books, reading content, account features, and related product experiences intended for learners, growers, and agriculture readers.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under the laws that apply where you live to use the platform. If you are using AgriLibMM on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You may need an account to access certain features, including purchases and reading history.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless it results from our breach.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

4. Sign-In Methods

We support account creation and login through Firebase Authentication, including Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. You may need to follow the rules and settings of those third-party sign-in providers in addition to these Terms.

5. Purchases, Digital Books, and Access

  • Books and other digital items you purchase are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, or redistribute purchased content unless we explicitly allow it.
  • Availability of a title may change over time based on publishing, licensing, or business decisions.
  • Where permitted by law and the app store or payment provider rules, refunds are handled according to the applicable purchase channel and local consumer law.

6. License to Use the Platform

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use AgriLibMM for your personal or internal business learning purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or its security.
  • Bypass access controls, rate limits, or account protections.
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that disrupts platform operations.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute books or other content in a way that infringes rights.
  • Use the platform in a manner that could damage our reputation or the experience of other users.

8. User Content

If you submit feedback, messages, reviews, or other content, you grant AgriLibMM a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the platform, respond to you, and promote our services, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for any content you submit and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to share it.

9. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, email notifications, or other communications, you consent to receive service messages, account messages, purchase-related notifications, and optional product updates. You can usually manage these preferences in your device or account settings.

10. Third-Party Services

AgriLibMM may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google, Apple, app stores, analytics tools, cloud providers, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, branding, code, layout, logos, graphics, and compiled content, is owned by AgriLibMM or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgriLibMM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Agriculture information can change over time, and content may not always reflect the latest conditions, regulations, or best practices. You should use your own judgment before acting on any material.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriLibMM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to AgriLibMM for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or the minimum amount allowed by law if a lower limitation is required.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the platform if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the platform, or if we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, and liability limits, will survive termination where appropriate.

15. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update the platform, content, features, or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of AgriLibMM after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle account data, purchases, Firebase sign-in, push notifications, and related processing.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AgriLibMM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
